Ah, yes. That time of the year has passed. A holiday widely celebrated in and outside of Ireland has once again come and passed. It is celebrated as a holiday within the churches of Ireland and the pious men of the Christian faith pay their respects to the Holy Man Patrick.
Captured as a teen and traded as a slave, he was to work in misery for 6 years. Upon escaping, he returned to Ireland, where he became a missionary and champion of the Christian faith. It was through his efforts, that Christianity was able to flourish in Ireland.
Invoke his name against snakes, sins, witchcraft, and protection.
If anyone knows of the theurgic tradition that Patrick comes from, please let me know.
